The position 
The position of Senior Consultant Public is twofold:1. You will provide support for external strategy and transformation projects
With 2-4 years of work experience, you will play an essential role in supporting Public projects, contributing to the achievement of project results in the (semi-)public sector. You will work with experienced team members on a variety of assignments within business operations and implementation. This includes translating ambitions and policy into concrete improvements at a core department, municipality, implementing organisation, or educational institution.The projects usually last 6-12 months and are carried out in a team, working together with Young Executives, (Senior) Managers, or experienced Interim Managers. In addition, you will contribute to the further development of our client relationships and have the opportunity to utilise Boer & Croon's extensive network for specialist knowledge or expert sparring sessions.2. You will help build the Public team
In addition to substantive assignments for clients, you will also contribute to the expansion of our practice in terms of knowledge, relationships, and team. This includes attending meetings, writing proposals, strengthening your network, and organising knowledge sessions.

Education and experience

  • A university degree, ideally in business administration or economics.
  • 2–4 years of work experience in strategy or management consulting or as a consultant in the field of business transformation.
  • Experience leading teams within projects and/or programs.
  • Affinity with change processes.
