The role of Senior Consultant Healthcare is twofold: 1. You provide support for external strategy and transformation projectsWith 2-4 years of work experience, you will play an essential role in supporting Healthcare projects, contributing to the achievement of project results. You will work with experienced team members on a variety of assignments, such as strategy implementation, portfolio management, and project/program management, as well as on more specific issues related to strategy or operational models.The projects usually last 6-12 months and are carried out in a team, working together with Young Executives, (Senior) Managers, or experienced Interim Managers. In addition, you will contribute to the further development of our client relationships and have the opportunity to utilise Boer & Croon's extensive network for specialist knowledge or expert sparring sessions. 2. You will help build the Healthcare teamIn addition to substantive assignments for clients, you will also contribute to the expansion of our practice. This includes expanding your network and initiating and participating in discussions with our (potential) clients. You will also make a substantive contribution to our expertise, personnel development, and business development. This includes activities related to marketing, recruitment and selection, as well as building and sharing knowledge.

Education and experience

  • A university degree, ideally in business administration, health, (bio)medical or economics.
  • 2–4 years of work experience as a consultant in the field of healthcare and/or business transformation.
  • Experience in leading teams within projects and/or programs.
  • Affinity with change processes.
