Job description
You will work closely with various stakeholders, including client teams and project leaders, to ensure that transformation projects run efficiently and effectively. You will perform analyses, assist in formulating strategies, and ensure that plans align with client expectations and quality standards.Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the execution of financial transformation projects, from planning to implementation.
- Performing data analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and translate them into concrete solutions.
- Contributing to the optimisation of financial processes and adjustments within client organisations.
- Ensuring clear communication and collaboration between different departments of clients.
- Building strong client relationships and acting as a point of contact for client teams.
Additionally, you will make an active contribution to the development and growth of the CFO Services Solution. Your tasks will include co-writing proposals, pitches, and white papers, developing propositions, contributing to the marketing of our solution, and assisting in the recruitment of new colleagues.Development and growth

Our CFO Services Solution
As a (Senior) Consultant, you will be part of the CFO Services Solution within Boer & Croon. Our team focuses on the strategic transformation agenda of the CFO and their team. We support them in transforming Finance into a strategic business partner for the board. We do this by focusing on restructuring financial processes, optimisation, and implementing new ways of working. A good CFO looks beyond just reporting based on accurate data—through advanced analytics, they make a valuable contribution to strategic decision-making.
We do not stand on the sidelines, but act as an active partner. Together with our clients' employees, we work towards sustainable results.
Our areas of expertise in supporting the CFO and their team are:

As a (Senior) Consultant, you are part of the CFO Services Solution, which means you can learn from the knowledge and expertise of experienced (Senior) Managers, Directors, and a network of CFOs. A lot of information is also shared through conversations and brainstorming sessions with mentors and your Performance Manager.
Job requirements

- You have a university degree (MSc) in: finance, business economics, business administration, quantitative finance, financial economics/management, accounting, controlling, business analytics, or a related field.
- You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- You have demonstrable experience in project management, risk management, and financial transformation.
- You have experience with ERP systems and financial software.
- You have experience with stakeholder management and building sustainable relationships.
- You have experience leading teams/projects and an affinity for change processes.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
