As a Management Assistant, you are the link between the person(s) you support and our clients and colleagues. You organise, arrange and ensure that our services can function optimally.

Would you like to be part of a leading recruitment agency? Then we have the perfect position for you!Within our team, you will play a key role in successfully executing various assignments. Together with a partner and a researcher, you will be involved in projects from A to Z, where you will be responsible for scheduling interviews with candidates, coordinating planning with clients, and handling all related correspondence. Your ability to maintain an overview, ensure effective communication, and manage agendas will be central. The goal of your work is to optimally support the entire search and selection process.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Managing partners’ agendas and coordinating recruitment and selection planning in consultation with partners and clients
- Maintaining frequent (telephone) contact with clients and candidates, handling requests, and ensuring professional and friendly interactions
- Assisting in drafting, editing, and formatting documents such as CVs, reports, and presentations
- Staying well-informed about ongoing assignments, anticipating necessary actions, and understanding how processes work in a dynamic environment
- Acting as a sparring partner for partners, clients, and candidates, thinking along proactively
- Welcoming guests and contributing with colleagues to a pleasant working environment

Job requirements
What do you bring
- You have MBO / HBO working and thinking level
- You have at least five years of work experience as a management assistant/secretary
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing
- You are strong in project management and managing administrative processes
- You are comfortable with programmes such as Microsoft Office and Outlook
- You are a valuable discussion partner for our partners
- You are focused on cooperation, with a sense of humour
- You represent quality and culture: you understand a business service context
