As an Executive Search Consultant at YESS, you will be responsible for the entire search process: from acquiring assignments and formulating job profiles to placing candidates and maintaining long-term client relationships. You have a keen eye for talent, understand the dynamics within organisations, and know how to interact strategically with senior and C-level clients. In addition, you have a highly developed commercial instinct and have independently built your own client portfolio. You are entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and operate as a trusted advisor in a demanding market.What will you be doing?

Independently carrying out executive search assignments, including search strategy, interviews, and candidate selection.
Guiding clients and candidates throughout the entire process, including contract negotiations.
Identifying market developments and translating them into commercial opportunities.
Actively contributing to the further growth of YESS within the senior management segment.

Job requirements

At least five years of experience in executive search or a comparable role within the higher segment of recruitment.
Demonstrable experience with business development and independently carrying out assignments.
A completed academic degree (or demonstrable academic working and thinking level).
Ability to interact with senior management and C-level.
Strong communication, commercial, and analytical skills.
Professional, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented.
Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
