Clients: Trust and respect

  • Clients and principals entrust us with their most important, highly sensitive, and confidential management information. We will always handle this information with confidentiality and respect as well as objectivity and integrity.
  • Clients’ information will never be used without their permission outside the context of the assignment. Nor will we attempt to profit by using confidential information from the client.
  • We will never take the initiative to offer an employee of the client a job elsewhere.
  • If a client is dissatisfied with the execution of an assignment, then we will handle this complaint professionally and carefully.

Assignments: Expert and objective

  • We only accept assignments for which we are actually qualified, both in terms of expertise and experience.
  • If it happens that we can no longer guarantee our objectivity or that a conflict of interest arises, we will immediately notify the client and withdraw from the assignment, if necessary.

Compensation: Reasonable and fair

  • We always strive to make sure that the rendered services are in balance with the price that is paid for them. Compensation must be reasonable and fair as well as being in proportion to the delivered quality of our service and the responsibilities that we take on.
  • We will always agree to compensation independently in advance.
  • If we recommend the client the services of third parties, we will not accept compensation for it.

Our professionalism: Honorable and straightforward

  • Boer & Croon takes its profession and customers very seriously and highly prizes integrity. We therefore always respect the intellectual property of our clients, peer companies, and individual professional practitioners. We will represent our profession honorably and not present ourselves to the outside world in a misleading manner.
