Boer & Croon Strategy and Management Group B.V. (referred to hereinafter as: “the Group”) is the complete property of Boer & Croon Holding B.V. The Group, in turn, is the shareholder of the operating companies of Boer & Croon. The owners, with their management companies, have mutually equal shareholdings in Boer & Croon Holding B.V. and form an independent and autonomous partnership. Boer & Croon Holding B.V. is the formal administrator of the operating companies. The partnership of owners forms a board of directors to handle daily business. The operating companies have the legal form of a closed corporation under Dutch law.
