Hanneke concentrates on the government, education and non-profit sectors. She gained extensive experience in these sectors at Berenschot, where she worked as a consultant, then as a sector manager and eventually as the managing director of the public administration group. She is a member of the Public Administration Council (Raad voor het Openbaar Bestuur, ROB) which advises ministers on the organisation and operation of government.
