They have an academic background in business administration, (business) economics or a related field. As part of their contract with Boer & Croon Young Executives, project managers undergo a varied and continuous management development programme throughout their employ.
Our project managers are generalists. They often change role depending on the assignment: actins as project manager for one assignment, as process manager, interim manager or consultant for the next. Moreover they are active in different sectors and functional areas.
